Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Restaurant Store Manager role blends hands‑on leadership, daily operations, and business performance – giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day.

This position entails a 5.5 day work week, with Sundays being required. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow. Candidates who need to relocate will be considered for this position.

• Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members
• Build a positive, accountable team culture
• Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns

• Create a guest‑first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety
• Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently

• Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts
• Control labor, food costs, and cash handling
• Review performance and take action to improve results

• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
• Forecast staffing and business needs
• Complete basic reporting and admin tasks

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience managing a QSR or restaurant (required)
• Serv Safe Certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on role
• Basic math, problem‑solving, and computer skills
• Reliable transportation
