Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and creating great experiences for guests? We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to help prepare our restaurants for a successful day and provide exceptional service to travelers across seven exciting restaurant brands at UCG and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport.

As a Team Member, you will play a critical role in setting up operations each shift, preparing fresh food, serving guests, and creating a welcoming experience for travelers. Your energy and positive attitude help ensure we are ready to serve from the very first flight of the day to the last.

• Open, close and prepare restaurant locations for daily operations
• Complete food preparation according to brand standards and recipes
• Cook and assemble menu items with quality and consistency
• Stock products, ingredients, and supplies for the day's business
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas
• Deliver friendly, efficient guest service
• Take guest orders accurately and process transactions
• Work collaboratively with teammates across multiple airport restaurant concepts
• Support cafe, quick-service, and full-service operations as needed
• Ensure all opening checklists and operational procedures are completed
• Create memorable experiences by welcoming guests with a smile and positive attitude

• Dependable and punctual attendance
• Ability to work early morning shifts beginning at 3:00 AM or late nights with delays
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Food service, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
