Grill Cook

The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, including eggs, steaks, sautéed dishes, and grilled foods. This role requires strong culinary skills, the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service, as the Grill Cook will interact directly with customers. The position supports overall kitchen operations to ensure food quality, consistency, and a positive guest experience.

• Prepare and cook menu items such as eggs, steaks, sautéed dishes, and other grilled foods.
• Maintain proficiency across all areas of the kitchen.
• Adapt quickly to customer requests and changing needs during service.
• Ensure food is prepared to order while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, and cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a grill cook, line cook, or similar role.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
