* Position Summary:

** We are seeking experienced and passionate
** Front of House Managers
** to join our opening team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering five-star service, and leading staff with professionalism and grace in a fine dining environment.
** Responsibilities:
*** Oversee front of house operations, including dining room, bar, and guest services
* Lead, coach, and train service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Manage daily floor operations, reservations, and guest flow
* Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations
* Handle guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and solutions-focused thinking
* Collaborate with back of house leadership to ensure seamless service
* Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory as needed

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum 3 years of management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
* Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills
* Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant  
• A degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferred   
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members  
• Strong passion for hospitality and service  
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation  
• Working knowledge of local and national health codes  
• Excellent communication  
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
