We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen Attendant:- Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
- Ensure accurate deliveries, stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
- Assist in prepping food for all locations on the property
- Plate food in a consistent and presentable manner.
- Work together with the entire F&B staff to complete accurate orders in a timely manner.
- Follow all proper hygiene and food safety standards.
- Performs other duties as required.
High school or equivalent (Preferred).
Restaurant experience:
Will train.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- - positive attitude, attention to detail, and team work are highly valued in this position
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Handling hot equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Must be able to work weekends
Qualifications:
- Serv Safe Certified preferred.
- Have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Certificate.
