** Los Robles Greens, located in the breathtaking landscapes of Thousand Oaks, CA is renowned for its exceptional golfing experience and outstanding food and beverage services. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our dining operations.
** Responsibilities:
*** Oversee and coordinate banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
* Train and supervise banquet staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards.
* Manage staffing needs for the banquets food and beverage team.
* Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
* Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
* Assist in managing inventory levels.
* Assist in controlling costs and minimizing waste.
* Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events.
* Ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations.

* Qualifications:

*** Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
