** The Prep Cook plays a foundational role in bringing our culinary vision to life. This position supports the Culinary Team through thoughtful preparation, disciplined execution, and care for every ingredient that leaves our kitchen. From exclusive venues to off-premise events, Prep Cooks ensure that our food is prepared with precision, consistency, and pride.

** Responsibliities
* ** Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, seasoning, and preparing sauces according to established recipes and standards
* Execute prep tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
* Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency across venues and off-premise events
* Properly label, date, and store food in accordance with food safety standards
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times
* Comply with all food handling and sanitation requirements
* Receive, inspect, and properly rotate food products
* Support trash, recycling, and compost systems across all kitchen properties and off-site locations
* Communicate clearly with the Sous Chef, Chef Tournant, Executive Chef, and peers to prevent duplication of effort and ensure alignment
* Ask thoughtful questions when clarification is needed regarding recipes, processes, or expectations
* Support fellow team members to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
* Contribute to a positive, respectful, and solution-oriented kitchen culture## Qualifications
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time
* Ability to work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
