Shift supervisor, Restaurant​/Food Service

Job Description

• Supervises and participates with staff in the services in resident dining venues
• Assigns and supervises opening, running and closing side works assignments for front of house staff
• Works with assistant restaurant manager in training new staff and
• Responsible for handling immediate residents concerns/request
• Established professional rapport with residents to promote an enjoyable dining experience
• Assists in running food, taking orders, delivering food and expediting
• Enforces uniform policy
• May assist in hiring and scheduling of front of house staff
• Types, prints, posts and distributes menus and other culinary communications
• Completes opening and closing reports
• Must maintain and obey the dietary laws for maintaining a Kosher environment in our community.
