** Position Overview
** Our kitchen operates daily from
** 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
** This is a
** Full-Time
** position. Applicants must have flexible availability to meet operational needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.##
** Key Responsibilities
*** Prepare high-quality meals according to approved menus while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
* Receive, label, store, and rotate food products in compliance with food safety standards.
* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment.
* Collaborate effectively with culinary and dietary team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
* Properly clean, shut down, and secure kitchen equipment and work areas at the end of each shift.
* Accurately document food temperatures and complete required logs in a timely manner.
* Contribute to a positive dining experience that supports resident satisfaction and well-being.##
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum of
** two (2) years
** of professional cooking experience required.
* Experience in healthcare, senior living, or high-volume food service environments preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
* Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.##
