We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food quality, and lead our culinary staff. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Develop and update menus in collaboration with culinary staff, considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Control inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs to meet budget targets
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages professional growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role in a hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
- Creative culinary skills with a passion for quality and innovation
- Budget management and cost control experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
