• Target annual rate: $71k - $85K includes guaranteed Overtime (50-hour workweek) (compensation varies by region and market)

• Lead, coach and inspire ahigh-performing restaurant team while maintaining accountability and high standards.
• Oversee
  daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent food quality
  , cleanliness
  , safety
  , and hospitality
• Hire, train, and develop team members
  , building future leaders and strong bench strength
• Work side by side with
  FOH & BOH teams
  , including cooking, prep, expo, catering
  , and service
• Serve as the
  go-to leader for guest concerns
  , ensuring every guest feels valued
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost oversight
• Analyze
  operational reports and key metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Partner
  with District Manager to execute strategic business initiatives and local restaurant priorities
• Create
  a positive, inclusive workplace culture rooted in teamwork, respect, and high standards

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience required
• Comfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams ina fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, coaching,and leadership skills
• Guest-obsessed
  with strong problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy:POSsystems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office; P&L experience a plus
• Valid Food Manager Certification
  (or ability to obtain)
