The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant while ensuring it meets McDonald's critical customer standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are non-negotiable, and upholding them is central to every shift.

You won't be working alone. Your day-to-day involves:

• Collaborating with your leader to set restaurant goals and building a clear plan to achieve them.
• Leading a team of Department Managers, each overseeing a specific area of the restaurant.
• Coaching department managers, tracking their progress, and providing direction to help each area improve.
• Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline for the future.

When the departments improve, the whole restaurant improves — and so does the bottom line.

Ideal candidates bring previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick-service restaurants is strongly desired, though relevant experience in hospitality or retail can also be a strong fit. You must be at least 18 years old to serve in a management role at this restaurant.
