** Position Summary
** We are seeking a
** dependable and team-oriented Dietary Aide
** to support our kitchen team in providing
** quality meals and excellent dining service
** to our residents. This role is essential to resident satisfaction and daily care.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist with meal preparation and food service
* Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
* Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
* Support cooks and dietary staff as needed during shifts
* Ensure proper portioning and meal accuracy
* Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests###
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Must obtain and maintain a
** Food Handler’s Certificate
*** Previous dietary or food service experience preferred (healthcare is a plus)
* Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Compassion for an underserved population
