• Welcoming guests and providing attentive, engaging, and elevated service in a fast-paced bar and lounge environment.
• Accurately taking and processing guest food and beverage orders through the appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Serving cocktails, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food with confidence and care.
• Using your knowledge of cocktails, wine, and other beverages to answer guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Communicating closely with Bartenders, support Curators, and Management to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and guest-ready tables and service areas throughout the shift.
• Bussing and resetting tables and keeping chairs, floors, and surrounding areas clean and polished.
• Completing assigned side work and replenishing service areas as needed.
• Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions according to Coury Hospitality cash-handling procedures.
• Reviewing checks carefully, ensuring accuracy, and obtaining the appropriate guest or Host signature when required.
• Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and professionally to questions or service concerns.
• Maintaining a polished, professional presence while creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

• You genuinely enjoy hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• You have previous cocktail serving or bartending experience and understand the pace and expectations of a busy beverage environment.
• You are knowledgeable about cocktails, wine, beer, and other alcoholic beverages and enjoy sharing that knowledge with guests.
• You have strong attention to detail and understand the importance of accurate orders, checks, and transactions.
• You are comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling cash and credit transactions.
• You can remain calm, organized, and professional while managing multiple guest needs at once.
• You communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, Bartenders, support Curators, and leadership.
• You take initiative and are willing to complete side work and assist wherever needed.
• You understand the importance of cleanliness, organization, and maintaining a polished guest environment.
• You are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on business needs.
• You are committed to following all Coury Hospitality service, safety, and cash-handling standards.

• Previous cocktail serving or bartending experience preferred.
• Previous restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and other alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to explain beverage offerings and make appropriate recommendations to guests.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
