Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas is seeking an on-call Banquet Cook to execute recipes, manage a station, and support banquet service with speed and accuracy. You will work with the Assistant Chef and Executive Sous Chef, preparing menu items, maintaining sanitation, stocking stations, and assisting with opening duties across meal periods.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of cook experience in fast-paced environments, knowledge of weights and measures, knives, and health/sanitation rules;
