Hidden Valley Orchards is hiring a part-time seasonal Bartender in Lebanon, Ohio. The role pays $15 to $20 per hour based on experience, certifications, product knowledge, and hospitality or leadership skills, plus a percentage of service charges collected from alcoholic beverage sales. The position prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, serves food orders, and handles guest questions about beverages and orchard products.
Evening and weekend availability is required, with additional weekend and holiday work during non-peak seasons. Bartenders maintain a clean, organized bar, monitor inventory, process cash and card transactions, and follow safety, hygiene, and local and state regulations.
