🕗 Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday
💵 Pay: Based on Experience
Job Summary
Lebanon Flooring is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Flooring & Sales Associate. This position involves moving flooring materials around the showroom, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
This is a physically active, hands-on role requiring regular lifting and physical labor.
🔨 Responsibilities 🪵 Moving Flooring & Support- Move flooring materials around the showroom floor
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Assist customers with flooring selections
- Provide product information and pricing
- Maintain showroom displays
- Support estimates and order processing
- Clean and organize work areas
- Maintain a clean warehouse and showroom
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Flooring or construction experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude
