Manage the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, and dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery products.;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service.;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable items.;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.;
Maintain accurate inventory levels and respond to customer needs and requests..
