Manage Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, and Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using the provided tools;
Assist in training associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing standards, and safe handling of food;
Assist in ensuring scheduling coverage and monitoring performance;
Record Perishable Markdowns and inventory levels; ensure sanitation standards.
