Assist Store Manager in managing Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen foods, bread, and bakery products;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable items;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels and record inventory as requested;
Ensure sanitation standards and safety policies are followed within Perishable departments;
Support cash handling, inventory integrity, and customer service as directed.
