Manage the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, and dairy, frozen food, bread, and thaw and sell bakery products;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandising presentation and quality customer service;
Assist in ensuring a safe working environment and protection for company assets; ensure staff compliance with food handling rules;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels using tools and guides provided (ads/planners, order guides, sales history);
Train assigned associates in proper handling, stocking, rotation, and pricing standards for perishable products.
