Assist Store Manager in ensuring financial integrity of the store through cash accountability, key control, and cash handling procedures;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels using tools like ads, planners, order guides and history data;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, and pricing standards for perishable areas;
Record inventory levels and perishable markdowns, analyze causes, and take corrective actions;
Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and maintain sanitation standards in Perishable departments.
