Greet retail customers and assist in merchandise selection;
Provide excellent service to customers calling the store and look up parts and quote prices;
Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions and manage cash drawer;
Handle exchanges/returns and resolve customer complaints;
Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stock, and inventory tasks
