Compensation
Hourly wage range: $19 - $32 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
