O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Greet retail and installer customers and assist with merchandise selection;
Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers;
Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote Low-Price Guarantee;
Maintain cash drawer and process cash/credit transactions;
Process exchanges/returns and resolve customer complaints;
Assist with daily planogram updates, stocking, and store maintenance;
Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan codes) where allowed by law;
Occasionally drive delivery vehicle as needed;
Support with various operational tasks and stock controls
