• Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests, utilizing proper equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products.
• Inform customers about bakery and deli specials.
• Provide fresh, accurately portioned products to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommend deli and bakery items to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use bakery equipment properly, adhering to company guidelines.
• Prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions.
• Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Package, label, and inventory department ingredients effectively.
• Check product quality to guarantee freshness and handle discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers, keeping logs current.
• Create a welcoming environment for all customers, fostering trust and respect.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines consistently.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to management.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment while managing conflicts appropriately.
• Support and assist diverse individuals, including minors, adults with special needs, and seniors.
• Perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
