The part‑time Sales Lead supports the store with daily business execution, customer engagement, store operations, and merchandising standards. The PT Sales Lead is a member of the store leadership team and ensures the highest level of customer engagement is achieved.

• Follow the direction of the store management team to maximize sales and achieve store sales goals.
• Lead customer engagement on the sales floor and act as Manager on Duty when the only member of management in the store.
• Model brand‑specific service standards, respond to all customer concerns quickly, and suggest the best products for customers’ needs.
• Monitor that all company and store policies, processes, and procedures are followed, and report concerns directly to the Store Manager.
• Delegate tasks to associates to maintain operational excellence.
• React quickly to all customer and associate injuries and partner with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards for the store are maintained.
• Communicate associate concerns directly to the Store Manager and support the open‑door policy.
• Model respectful behavior, promote an inclusive environment, encourage participation and creativity, and uphold the integrity and values of Kontoor Brands.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Proven ability to multi‑task.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; weekends, evenings, and holidays required.

• Operate office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners, etc.).
• Stand during scheduled shifts for up to 8 hours.
• Walk and move to assist customers, retrieve merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Lifting and carrying ability: up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Push and pull full racks of merchandise for restocking the store.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Manual labor occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout.
• Accurately read labels and perform tasks that require attention to detail; sort and organize clothing.

• Pay range: $12.00 (or minimum wage) – $16.00 / hour in all states except New York and Colorado; $16.50 / hour in those states.
