About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the relevant information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Typical daily responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service.
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service.
• Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
• Effectively promote and sell our products to customers.
• Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

• Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers.
• Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.

• Share your service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
• Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
• Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other.
• Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes and training courses.

• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms).
• Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.
• Maintain good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Follow best practice for any in‑store OMNI services, in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.).
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
