Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. The role requires strong judgment, math, and multitasking skills, and is a stepping stone for career growth.

Assistant managers are responsible for all store operations during their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (including phone calls).
• Operating the cash register and collecting payments.
• Making fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Delivering products by vehicle from the store to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first customer sight to the back of the store.
• Maintaining a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

Key qualifications and skills:

• Experience leading a team during shifts (3 to 30 people).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; requires access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• High personal standards in punctuality, attitude, and professional appearance.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as the store operates 365 days a week.
• Minimum age 18 years.
