Manage Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery items.;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandising presentation, and customer service.;
Train associates in proper stocking, freshness, pricing standards, and safe handling of food.;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences; train in grading and repackaging to minimize markdowns.;
Maintain inventory levels and ensure sanitation standards and customer needs are addressed efficiently..
