About the Role
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve retail store targets by driving sales. In the absence of other management, you may open and close the store and are responsible for ensuring that the store trades safely and legally.
Responsibilities- Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
- Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Demonstrate Claire's products.
- Assist customers with queries using product knowledge.
- Process store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions.
- Undergo ear piercing training.
- Maintain a presentable and inviting store appearance.

Qualifications- High school required.
- Minimum 1 year retail experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service.
- Mathematical and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, and perform bending, stooping, extended reaching and ladder climbing.
- Ability to operate POS system.
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, skills and geographic location. All positions are compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location.
