General Merchandise Clerk

This entry‑level team member position will be responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.

• Build rapport with customers and display a friendly, outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Help customers with any questions; if unable to answer, direct them to an appropriate team member.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.

• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills, face‑to‑face and virtual.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot.
• Process‑driven and able to follow procedures efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist; stand for long periods.
