CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a future CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced, hands-on and virtual training focuses on leadership, customer care, and store operations within our retail network.
The SMIT cohort works with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to build skills, with an emphasis on promoting within the market and aligning with CVS values and policies.
