Retail Full-Time Sales Lead (The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass - Simpsonville, KY

Job Summary

Fabletics is currently looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead at The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass in Simpsonville, KY. In this role you will drive an exceptional customer experience, support sales and operations, and collaborate with the store team to achieve bold targets and growth.

• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and product function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Contribute feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (10‑30lbs) as required.

• Minimum one year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to engage with customers, employees and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative‑driven mindset.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, strong communication skills and ability to bring out the best in others.
• Multi‑task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, open to evenings, weekends and national holidays; ability to perform physical tasks such as moving, reaching, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.
