Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time

Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. The role involves leading the customer experience, setting team sales goals, and executing store Standard Operating Practices such as opening and closing the store.

• Supervise and guide a store team to achieve sales objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
• Execute Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.
• Train and develop team members.
• Make timely decisions and support store operations.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to foster a positive team environment.
• Experience training and directing staff.
• Initiative and decision‑making skills.
• Proven ability to reach sales goals.
• Computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Paid Time Off is earned on an accrued basis (the accrual for newly hired Full‑time Assistants is 3.08 hours per pay period). Sick time is awarded each January (56 hours, prorated based on hire date unless otherwise required by applicable law), holiday pay that includes New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and two weeks of New Parent Leave for birth, adoption, or foster placement.
