Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help maintain a clean, customer-first store and lead by example in daily operations. You will assist customers, operate the register, stock and rotate merchandise, and help set up displays as directed by the Store Manager.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of safety policies, planogram compliance, and basic math for transactions. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and support store security on shift.
