We are looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join the Caribou Coffee team. This growth role focuses on developing future leaders who can think strategically about the store as well as the district and the brand as a whole.
Position OverviewThe AGM works closely with the General Manager to run the store, drive sales, and create a positive experience for team members, guests, and the community.

- Organize, execute, and improve administrative tasks to support business success.
- Manage store funds and enforce cash‑handling policies.
- Place, receive, and verify orders; conduct inventory; control waste and dates.
- Think holistically about store success beyond the current shift.
- Identify root causes of problems to create sustainable change.

- 1‑3 years of restaurant or retail experience with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends.
- Minimum age 18.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for 4–8 hours, and the ability to accomplish these requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
Compensation Range$16.52 – $27.53 per hour
Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
