Stórica Studio is seeking a Senior Custom Jewelry Consultant to join our Seattle showroom. This role is focused on guiding clients through the custom jewelry process—from initial consultation through final delivery—while providing a thoughtful, organized, and welcoming experience.

Stórica Studio is built on quality, accountability, and care. We are a small, collaborative workshop where each person takes ownership of their work and contributes to a shared standard of thoughtful craftsmanship. We value inclusivity and foster a warm, welcoming environment grounded in mutual respect for our team and every client we serve.

This role is ideal for someone who is both highly organized and deeply client-focused, with the ability to build trust, manage complex projects, and help clients create meaningful, enduring pieces.

Responsibilities
  • Lead custom jewelry consultations, including engagement rings, wedding bands, and bespoke projects
  • Guide clients through stone selection, design options, timelines, and pricing
  • Help clients make informed design decisions that balance aesthetics, durability, and long-term wearability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for custom clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track and manage custom orders to ensure clear communication and timely completion
  • Provide a welcoming, professional, and supportive showroom experience
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records and order documentation
  • Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and overall client experience
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in person
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in fine jewelry sales, preferably involving custom jewelry or engagement rings
  • Strong understanding of jewelry design principles, including stone setting styles, proportions, and structural considerations
  • Ability to guide clients in creating pieces that are both beautiful and durable for long-term wear
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple custom projects simultaneously
  • Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented approach to client service
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with custom engagement rings and bespoke jewelry projects
  • Knowledge of diamonds and colored gemstones, including cut, quality, and pricing factors
  • Experience working in a small business, studio, or boutique environment
