Overview

Group 1 Hyundai College Park is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail.

We are looking to add a qualified Parts Counter Retail Sales Associate to our team.

Responsibilities

Operate the Retail Parts Store and support the Service and Collision Parts Departments as needed.
Assist internal and external customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
Process parts orders, invoices, and customer transactions accurately.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to locate and distribute parts in a timely manner.
Communicate parts updates, availability and order status to customers and internal team members.
Receive, stock, and organize daily parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean work area

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive parts department experience required
Automotive dealership experience preferred.
Must be available to work every Saturday
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.

The compensation range reasonably expected for this position is $19 - $28 /an hour
based on experience.
