United Dairy Farmers - - Responsibilities:
Manage other associates, including assigning and monitoring duties, coaching, and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates;
Store administration responsibilities such as ordering, weekly delivery reports, and paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor;
Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure store is prepared for guests at all times;
Oversee Dip Side guest services including shakes, ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, and beverages;
Ensure proper operation of the Point of Sale system and gas console, including handling transactions and cashiering procedures
