Location: Fort Wright
United Dairy Farmers - 3410 Madison Pike - Responsibilities:
Manage, train, and coach store associates including assigning duties, coaching The Hi Five Guest Experience, and training all store staff;
Perform store administration tasks such as ordering, reviewing weekly delivery reports, and handling paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor;
Ensure the delivery of The Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and maintain store conditions;
Operate Dip Side operations and train associates on dip-side techniques for ice cream/yogurt products;
Maintain stock and cleanliness of store shelves, display areas, coffee pots, ice dispensers, and ensure proper product rotation and date codes
