Sales Associate​/Key Holder Terra Moda

Part time role which three shift options. Looking to fill the following days:

Fridays 1-7pm

Saturday 11-7pm

Sunday 10-4pm

Salary:
Starting at $15 per hour plus commission

We are seeking passionate and fashion-savvy individuals to join our team at Terra Moda, a men’s clothing boutique in downtown Frederick. Our ideal candidates will have a keen interest in fashion, particularly sustainable and luxury casual men’s fashion. You will help our customers find their perfect style while promoting brands that prioritize sustainability and equitable practices.

• Assist customers in selecting stylish, sustainable clothing options
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized fashion advice
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store, including merchandising and display setup
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals

• Passion for fashion and sustainability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Retail experience preferred but we will provide training

We are local residents who wanted to give our city a unique spot to buy luxury casual men’s fashion from trustworthy brands. Sustainability and equitable practices are the foundation points for all the brands we work with. We are excited to open our store in a great location downtown on Market Street.
