Retail Customer Service

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Retail Customer Service Sales Associate to join our Customer Service & Support team. In this on-site role, you'll engage with customers, recommend paint and coating solutions, assist with color matching, and process sales transactions. You will help maintain store appearance, support inventory tasks, and learn our industry-leading products. Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to retail customers
• Assist customers with product selection, color matching, and orders
• Operate POS system, handle cash, and process transactions accurately
• Maintain store appearance, stock shelves, and organize displays
• Support inventory counts, receiving, and replenishment
• Educate customers on Sherwin-Williams products and applications
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when needed
• Follow all safety, security, and company policy procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals
