Join Cracker Barrel Old Country Store as a Retail Sales associate and help create a warm, country-store experience for every guest. In this role, you'll greet customers, offer friendly, down to earth service, and assist with product selection in our nostalgic retail shop. You'll handle cash register transactions accurately, restock shelves, maintain clean, well organized displays, and support daily inventory and merchandising tasks.

Working closely with a supportive team, you'll learn hospitality and retail skills, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a welcoming, family style environment for guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with friendly, Southern style hospitality
