Car Wash Team Lead

Suds Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Team Lead to oversee day to day tunnel and self serve operations, ensure high-quality vehicle cleaning, and deliver great customer service. The Team Lead will open/close the site, assign tasks, and coach attendants on safety, quality standards, and upselling wash packages. Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting wash equipment, monitoring chemical levels, keeping bays and lot clean, handling basic cash or POS transactions, and responding to customer concerns.

The role also helps train new team members, track supplies, and support smooth, efficient, and safe operations during all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the car wash site
• Supervise and coach attendants during shifts
• Ensure quality standards for vehicle cleaning
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues
• Operate and troubleshoot wash equipment
• Monitor and refill chemicals and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of bays, lot, and equipment
• Open and close the location, following procedures
• Assist with training new team members
• Support basic inventory and reporting tasks
