STAG is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for our Nashville, Tennessee location. A STAG Sales Associate supports the management team by providing outstanding customer service, delivering strong sales results, adhering to merchandising standards, supporting store operations including cleaning, replenishing, and maintaining the store.

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
• Engage customers confidently and naturally to build lasting relationships
• Support daily sales goals and contribute to strong store performance
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation
• Assist with store operations including cleaning, replenishment, and organization
• Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced retail environment

• Professional retail and/or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to easily engage in conversation
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Self-motivated with an ability to take direction & multi-task
• Strong attention to detail, with thorough follow-up skills
• Possesses a positive attitude and is goal oriented
