We are looking for capable and enthusiastic people to join our Acorn Reuse team. This varied, hands-on role supports the day-to-day running of the site, including sorting and pricing donated items, restocking the shop floor and assisting customers. You will have good communication skills and be confident, approachable, and able to provide friendly, helpful service.
This is a physically demanding position, involving the regular lifting and moving of heavy and bulky items, including bags and boxes of donated goods and occasional pieces of furniture around the work area and shop floor. You may also help with loading and unloading customer vehicles and Acorn vans. Full training and lifting aids are provided.
