Parts Consultant (Full-Time) Compensation: $20+ per hour, based on experience Job Overview:

As a Parts Consultant at Johnson Motors, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers and technicians find the right parts efficiently. You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment where collaboration and customer care come first.

• Assist retail customers, technicians, and wholesale clients with parts lookup and sales
• Identify and source parts using Ford catalogs and inventory systems
• Order, receive, and manage parts inventory
• Handle warranty claims and process returns
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Deliver professional service at the counter, over the phone, and online

• Experience in an automotive parts role is a plus
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to shared success
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills; we’ll train you on our systems
