Job Purpose:Reporting to the Store Manager & leadership team, this role is to enhance guest experience on the sales floor, support the team and assist with back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities- Welcome & assist guests on the sales floor and fitting rooms
- Styles outfits & makes recommendations based on guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back of house
- Receives & processes incoming merchandise
- Complete daily tasks to support standard operating procedures
- Help process online orders & runs transactions at the register
- Develop & share product knowledge & brand awareness

- Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders & squatting as needed
