JOB SUMMARY

Using excellent customer service skills, answer calls from both Guests and Team Members.

Collect details regarding the issues and dispatch our Engineering team utilizing our computer-based program in a timely manner.

• Answer incoming calls concerning maintenance and repairs needed
• Input call details into the computer utilizing our computer-based program
• Assign work orders through our computer-based program in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate details of work orders and follow up through to completion
• Monitor alarm system and effectively report alarms and areas as they appear
• Maintain dispatch log of all activities performed throughout the day
• Notify Supervisors of parts and inventory needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow lawful direction from Upper Management
• Understand and follow work and safety rules and procedures
• Interact well with others and be a positive influence on Team Member morale
• Responsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and standards
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience with two-way radios and multi-line phones
• Working knowledge of Windows based computer systems
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Must be flexible, detail oriented, able to prioritize and able to multi-task effectively
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple distractions and meet timelines
• Must uphold appearance standards
• Ability to problem solve and strategize for better solutions
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Must be 21+ years old
• One (1) year experience, preferably in a Hotel/Casino environment

• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
• Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
• Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping.
• These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
• Constant contact with fellow team members
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
